Return Request – NEON The Labels Nepal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, full-priced items or items purchased using discount codes can be returned for Store Credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our support team at neonthelabelsnepal@gmail.com to arrange approval for a return.

We Do Not Accept Returns On:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Must be returned in original packaging with labels and safety tape intact
  • No perfume, deodorant smells, or other scents
  • No makeup, fake tan, or any marks
  • Swimwear & Bodysuits: Must be tried on with undergarments; hygiene sticker must remain intact
  • Return using a small satchel only – no boxes

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return. Items must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, we will contact you for next steps. NEON The Labels reserves the right to reject any return that is not in its original condition. Worn, soiled, or damaged garments will not be eligible for store credit.

In the case of a rejected return, you will have the option to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the item will be donated.

Store Credits / Gift Cards:

  • Issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase
  • Sent via email with a gift card code
  • Valid for 2 years from the issue date
  • Can be used on sale items and across the entire site

International Returns:

  • Returns from outside Nepal are issued as store credit upon arrival at our warehouse
  • Return shipping is not covered by NEON The Labels
  • We strongly recommend tracking your return parcel
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
